About this Report

Welcome to our 11th Integrated Annual Report (IAR).

This report explains who we are, what we do, our purpose and strategy, and how we performed in the year from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026. It describes the impact we achieved and the value we created for our stakeholders.

The report builds on our previous IAR (published September 2025) and is prepared with reference to the International Integrated Reporting Framework (IFRS Foundation, January 2021). It also fulfils our Communication on Progress under the UN Global Compact, which we continue to endorse.

In support of our ambition to be the leading firm in professional services in the Netherlands, this report has been prepared with reference to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), as required by the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) of July 31, 2023. 

The Management summary includes: Executive Board highlights and reflections, Our Strategy in action, About Deloitte, the Report of the Supervisory Board, Roles and responsibilities and Risk Management. The Management summary focuses on our strategy, business performance and value creation. Full financial statements are available in Annex 1. Our Sustainability statement, in Annex 2, sets out our approach to — and progress on — the sustainability matters we consider material across our business and value chain. Together, the Management summary and the Sustainability statement fulfil the requirements for the Management report under the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek, BW).
