Deloitte is a knowledge intensive firm. We bring in knowledge and experience by recruiting top graduates and experienced hires. We develop knowledge and aim to keep our talent’s skills and knowledge up to speed through our formal learning curriculum.

Economic value

Our revenues exceeded the billion threshold in 2020/2021 reaching €1,032 million. The growth rate was 1.6% (2019/2020: €1,015 million).

Goods and services

We buy goods and services to operate our business with a total influenceable spend of around €250 million.

We need our stakeholders’ trust to earn our ‘license to operate’ and be successful. To earn and strengthen that trust, we maintain a strict agenda on topics such as quality, compliance, ethics and integrity, and anti-corruption.
